Your donation goes straight to the DimoStrong Family Assistance Fund at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. We established this fund to help patients who are seeking a diagnosis or undergoing treatment of autoimmune disease. Together we can help ease the pain for patients and their families as they pursue a diagnosis and/or go through the treatment process. Donations are processed by Paypal and can be made via a Paypal account or debit/credit card.
